1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GrowMyStudio website at growmystudio.com and any services we provide. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
GrowMyStudio is operated by Pranay ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GrowMyStudio.
2. Our services
GrowMyStudio provides done-for-you AI automation services for yoga and wellness studio owners. This includes but is not limited to:
- Lead follow-up automation setup and configuration
- Member reactivation workflow builds
- Booking reminder and no-show automation
- Review generation automation
- Integration with platforms such as Mindbody and Vagaro
- Monthly performance reporting
The specific scope of services for each client is agreed upon during the discovery process and confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Client responsibilities
To allow us to deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their studio and existing tools
- Grant necessary access to relevant platforms (e.g. Mindbody, Vagaro, email accounts) in a timely manner
- Respond to setup and onboarding questions within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure they have the right to use any content, data, or materials they provide to us
- Comply with all applicable laws when using automated communications with their clients
4. Payment terms
Payment terms are agreed individually for each engagement and set out in a written agreement or invoice. Generally:
- Setup fees are due before work commences
- Ongoing retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
- Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the GrowMyStudio website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by GrowMyStudio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Automation workflows, templates, and systems we build for clients remain the property of GrowMyStudio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these systems for their studio operations for the duration of the engagement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This includes client data, business strategies, pricing, and any information marked as confidential.
We will never share your studio's data or client information with third parties, except where required to deliver the agreed services (e.g. integration platforms).
7. Limitation of liability
GrowMyStudio provides services in good faith and to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, member retention rates, or lead conversion figures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowMyStudio's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately payable
- We will provide a handover of any active automation configurations
- Client access credentials will be returned or securely deleted
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
